In most cases, once orders are paid, they will go through directly to our billing department for processing and the server will be delivered on standard provisioning time (24 to 48 business hours). For quick delivery please contact our administrator throught a ticket.

We accept only paypal payments for now. Which is secure enough to do the payments of dedicated servers you buy.

Changing your account information is easy. Here are the instructions for customers using the Control panel. If you have a dedicated server, or an account in this website (which is free), first log in to the control panel (Click here to log in).

Your registered name will be displayed on the right upper corner, click on that. Now you will have two selections one to log out and other saying Update account, click on update account and update the changes and click save.

NOTE: Your email cannot be changed, once its registered you cannot change the email.

We provide a panel to control your server functions in your control panel. You will have functions like server power functions, server OS installations, server bandwidth informations, hard disk space and KVM-IP functions. We use IPMI (Intelligence Platform Management Interface).

Our cart is fully automated. To complete the purchase click on the Check out, if you are logged in you will be directed to the paypal payment gateway, or if you are not logged in you will be directed to the log in page which on logon will return to the previous page and where both will add the product into your cart automatically.
